  Horrendous service. Went in for some iced coffee with a friend . Rang out the order, and the cashier tells us 10.00 minimum on cards; our order rang up 7.13. Ok, we went to the car to get cash. The girl who initially took our order , turned her back when we re-entered and pretended she didn't know we were in there 2 min before. A new girl takes the order, while the first girl angrily gets the coffee. We ordered iced teas and 2 iced coffees. No lemon at this place. The ICED coffee had 1 ice cube. I asked for another cup of ice. The girl proceeds to put 4 ice cubes in the cup. Oh, and the milk dispenser was out of milk. These were the most unfriendly, unmotivated, unprofessional high school/college kids I have met. Mind you, the place was empty . I can see now why. These girls need to be fired. What type of coffee shop doesn't replenish the milk or want to give ice in the iced coffee. Will never go back and I will tell everyone I know to never go there too.

  2 days in a row I called to order my food and no one would pick up the phone. One of those days I walked down there to find them not busy. One was ringing someone out while the other was sitting in the corner.
  Another day I called my order in for my break and when I go to pick it up, it's not made. So I wasted half my break waiting for them to make my food.
  I would understand if they were busy, but they had a group of 3 people in there.
  It always happens when the same person is on.
  Needless to say, I'll be going else where for my breaks from now on.
